In Winston-Salem, coffee shops cluster around downtown offices, college campuses and the main commercial streets of residential neighborhoods, and the independents usually close by mid-afternoon while chains stay open into the evening. Across North Carolina, drive-thru coffee stands and kiosks fill the gap in suburbs and along highways, and roasters often sell bags and brewing gear at the counter. Check the listing for hours, whether the cafe takes mobile orders, and its Google rating and recent reviews; parking is easiest at suburban locations, while downtown shops rely on street meters or nearby garages. Loyalty programs are common and worth joining if you are a regular.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 9:30 am–8 pm. Winston-Salem is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Winston-Salem follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Really enjoyed my visit to Boba and Bean at Hanes Mall! I tried “The Truth” and it was absolutely delicious—probably one of the best boba drinks I’ve had. The place was neat and clean, and the customer service was top notch. I’ll definitely be back to try their other fruit teas soon. Highly recommend this place!

I absolutely LOVE Boba and Bean Bar! I ordered the caramel brown sugar latte also known as the LaKiya drink and wow it was beyond amazing honestly addictive. I haven’t had coffee in two years and this was my second day in a row getting an iced coffee before work because it was that good. I was a little sad not to see the older brother this time but I was welcomed with so much warmth and love by his sister I believe her name is Nedita sorry if I spelled it wrong. She was incredibly sweet and even a little nervous because she didn’t want to disappoint customers but she delivered and then some. Her customer service was amazing full of genuine care and positive energy. She made my drink perfectly and even added a special brown sugar cereal topping on top which took it to another level and was absolutely delicious. I felt so welcomed by her presence and her energy alone made my experience even better. The drinks are not only delicious but also very reasonably priced. My large drink was only seven dollars and I even got a ten percent mall employee discount which is such a great perk. Plus they give you the cutest rewards card after ten punches you get a free drink. Who doesn’t love free

This was a very pleasant surprise! I wasn’t expecting this level of quality from a store in a mall. The boba tasted fresh and was as good as any I’ve ever had! We were also surprised that they had a coffee popping boba. They also have a bakery with pastries, croissants, and muffins. We enjoyed the strawberry cream cheese croissant! Their service was great! Very kind and offered very good suggestions for myself, my wife, and my son. We all had a great experience and enjoyed our dessert date! I would highly recommend this place!

Delicious food and drinks, we got the espresso Boba with pearls and the recommendation of the coffee milk with caramel and coffee popping pearls. It was amazing!! The man running it was so kind and patient, he let us try samples to make sure we liked it. Overall great experience!

I was so shocked when seeing the new boba place since I haven't been to the mall in probably a month as we came in, they greeted us so nicely. Everyone was very sweet. The recommendation was also great and I got an horchata with espresso shot and I tell you that was really amazing and their kiwi drink samples was also refreshing. I would recommend this place and the fact that they were so nice and they were willing to remake our drinks to our liking.
